     Dry eye

     Lyell Syndrom or de Stevens Johnson Syndrom

     Chemical scar

     Superficial keratitis linked to dry eye

ATD: 4 independents quadrants from - 15 to + 15 in steps of 1

Pinguecula: 2 independents microvaults grade 1, 2 or 3 in steps of 1
